I’m a still and video content creator with a foundation in photojournalism. I bring a calm, respectful presence to every assignment, helping people feel comfortable and engaged—whether creating polished headshots, environmental portraits, gala coverage, or documenting live news events.
My career began in 2002 as a full-time newspaper photographer at The Herald in New Britain, Connecticut, followed by years photographing for publications across Connecticut and beyond. In 2010, after an assignment with a nonprofit in Bulgaria, I shifted to full-time freelance, drawn toward projects rooted in service, education, and community impact. I serve a wide range of organizations and move through numerous diverse environments easily.
My imagery has been recognized by the Society of Professional Journalists and the New England Associated Press News Executives Association. I’ve also contributed to two HBO documentaries—The Cheshire Murders and The Newburgh Sting, the latter receiving a Peabody Award.
Today, I partner primarily with educational institutions, nonprofits, and corporate clients. I’m comfortable under tight timelines, responsive to feedback, and focused on delivering visuals that feel natural, look professional, and clearly support each client’s goals.
